What to Expect
Arriving to Your Appointment
Please arrive at your first appointment 10 minutes early, and at all subsequent appointments at least 5 minutes early. This gives us time to keep information and treatment plans up to date. Expect your therapist to ask questions about your health goals and explain the plan they have in mind. On the day of your session, be sure to drink plenty of water before and after. Your therapist will bring you into the treatment room, where we welcome you to help us adjust the temperature, music volume, and table positioning. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and the therapist will leave the room to give you time to get on the table. During your session, we encourage you to provide feedback on pressure and technique, and we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments.
